TerraLink Horticulture Inc. has a requirement for a Sales Representative to service Greenhouse and Nursery accounts in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

A major crop supply company based in BC, TerraLink provides producers and other commercial accounts with a wide range of fertilizers, seeds, crop protection products, media, plastics and other inputs, throughout Western Canada. TerraLink has two locations in the Fraser Valley including the headquarters in Abbotsford, as well as one in Calgary.

The incumbent will be responsible for creating revenue by selling horticultural crop inputs and services offered by TerraLink Horticulture Inc and its subsidiaries. He or she will manage accounts in the greenhouse and nursery industries throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.

The successful applicant should have a degree or diploma in horticulture or a related science. Experience in hydroponic vegetable, floral and nursery production would be an asset, preferably in the areas of crop protection and nutrition.
Previous experience in horticultural sales is desirable. She or he will be required to have or obtain a Commercial Pesticide Dispenser Certificate, a Transport of Dangerous Goods Certificate and a valid Driver License.
The incumbent must demonstrat excellent communications, interpersonal and organizational skills. Willingness to work flexible hours is a must.
