Gloves designed to prevent or limit injury from cutting or pinching actions of equipment. Chainmail versions are ambidextrous and are made of exceptionally strong stainless steel. The glove is flexible to allow for use under another glove or with a light innner glove. The leather style glove uses a heavy steel "thimble" to protect the finger only. As a result, this style of glove may afford better protection for the finger, but at a loss of flexibility. CAUTION: In a pinch situation, lighter mail meant to resist cutting can fail and drive steel fragments into your hand. These gloves do not replace common sense!
