Liberate is an uptake enhancing surfactant and is designed for use with products that recommend a non-ionic surfactant. It contains soybean-based components that work especially well with systemic chemistry. Liberate helps provide uniform droplets, allowing complete coverage of leaves. Liberate also has defoaming properties and is pH neutral.Active Ingredients: Lecithin, methylesters of fatty acids and alcohol ethoxylate.
