Cultilene Exact Slabs
Terralink offers Exact Slabs in three densities. Exact (annual replacement), Exact II (bi-annual replacement), and Exact III (multi-annual replacement). Exact is a strong, homogeneous and extremely consistent slab. The fibre structure of Exact, which is mainly horozontal gives good root formation and distribution throughout the slab. The slab's strength ensures that a perfect and stable air-to-water ratio is maintained throughout the year, to keep the root zone environment optimal and easy to control.
Exact Flora Rosa
This stable, multi-year slab has been specially developed and tailored to rose cultivation. Exact Flora Rosa is made of specifically manufactured rockwool with a high air content, providing the root system with optimum opportunities for growth. In addition, the slab remains strong and dimensionally stable, while the air-to-water ratio also remains optimal during the entire life of the slab. Growth can be more easily and accuately controlled throughout the year, resulting in a healthier crop and yield.
X-Fibre Slabs
X-Fibre Slabs differ from Exact Slabs in that they have a unique fibre structure with fibres running in all directions, resulting in a higher air-water ratio. This product is dryer, allowing for faster root development with good initial growth and earlier production, and very accurate control of water content and nutrition.
MaXXima X-Fibre Slabs are made with the unique X-fibre structure for perfect control and rooting. MaXXima distinguishes itself from the other Cultilène slabs by providing a greater water buffer for more intensive cultivation systems such as gutters, eggplants, and extreme climatic conditions.
Exact and X-Fibre Slabs are available in a variety of densities, sizes and with or without pre-cut plant hole locations. Slabs are supplied wrapped with black and white coex poly. Also available unwrapped.
