The Adcon A731 relay is used to extend the range of a network or to access areas where telemetry is difficult. It receives and retransmits data from other stations for distances in the range of 6 to 20 km depending on terrain. Although there are no sensors attached to draw down battery power, it is recommended to use at least a 300mA solar panel to maintain charge.
