RMS High Speed Tray Filler

The RMS is the pinnacle of the MOSA flat / tray filling line.  It will fill up to 1200 trays of varying cell size per hour.  Trays can be fed in manually or with an optional destacker.  The high uniformity of cell fill is accomplished with a counter rotating button belt and a series of adjustable tamping fingers.  A rotating brush clears the top of the tray and returns excess media to the feed hopper.  A separate feeder bin (included in the price) is controlled by the RMS to keep a consistant feed rate to the filler.
