Most effective on the larger aphid species such as the potato aphid (Macrosiphum euphorbiae) and the Foxglove aphid (Aulacorthum solani). It will also parasitize the tobacco aphid (Myzus persicae var. nicotianae).
Parasitized aphid swells and hardens into a leathery, grey or brown coloured mummy. The adult parasite emerges through a round hole at the rear of the mummy.
Suggested Release rates:
Preventive: 0.15/m² weekly
Curative light: ½/m² three times, weekly
Curative heavy: ½/m² six times, three days apart
Sold as 500 parasitoids per bottle.
