Zayno RZ is a green beef tomato. It is an attractive fruit with shiny, dark green shoulders. It is harvested at its breaker stage when the tomato is just starting to turn red. At this stage the fruit is bright red inside and is very sweet. Zayno is recommended for an old fashioned “out of the garden” experience.
